A Chrome and enamel Nurses badge for the General Nursing Council for England & Wales from 1946.The front has retained its enamel but has some surface scratches and slight wear to the figure of Hygeia. The rear retains its original pin.It is named to BM Schwyter SRN 141059 26-7-46( Possibly a German nurse) . Makers marks Thomas Fattorini Limited Birmingham.Safety chain loop to rear base.
