Charing Cross Hospital/Royal Marsden , Nurses Badge Group

A quartet of badges awarded to the same nurse.These are
1) A General Nursing Council for England and Wales bronze badge.This is named for E Revell SEN 1449636 4.12.72.Condition is good.
2) A brass and enamel badge for Charing Cross Hospital for Enrolled Nurse training, named for Elizabeth Revell. Moderate wear to finish and slightly misshapen, pin and clasp intact.Height 40mm.
3) a silver and enamel badge for the Royal Marsden Hospital.The first Hospital dedicated to the treatment of Cancer,it was founded in 1851,later moving to the Fulham Road site.This badge features a central design of two hands with fingers touching,denoting the nature of care.The hospital title is around the edge in blue enamel.Good condition with pin,clasp and safety roller catch all good.Named for E Revell 1974.Silver hallmarks for Fattorini & Sons,Birmingham 1974.Height 31mm
