A lovely white metal and enamel pin back badge for the Northern Glasgow Midwifery School.The design features what I believe is Juno Lucina the Roman goddess of Childbirth holding her staff and an apple on a vibrant blue background.The outer band has The Northern Glasgow Midwifery school Inaugurated 1973.Excellent condition with only minor wear.Pin clasp and safety roller catch are good.Marked for M&B (Marples & Beasley) Height 39mm
