Princess Mary's Royal Air Force Nursing Service,Original Tippet,Senior Sister rank

A scarce original PMRAFNS blue /grey Tippet or cape. This has its original rank epaulettes for Senior Sister,with kings crown buttons. The Medical Service Badges of the Rod of Asclepius and wings ,also have the kings crown suggesting pre 1952 service. There is a hook and eye fixing to the neck, and to the back is the cloth rosette.An interior label for Moss bros Covent Garden has M A Hoddinot BR232 written on it.
Condition is good and I can find only one very small moth hole to the left shoulder
