Rochdale School of Nursing,Silver SRN Nurses badge

A silver and enamel nurses badge for SRN training at the Rochdale School of Nursing in the 1960s. The central motif shows the red rose of Lancashire on which a rod of Asclepius is imposed. A blue enamel band bears Rochdale School of Nursing.
Condition is good, although with some surface wear.Pin and clasp present but loose.Engraved for B A Williams 1968.Hallmarked for F&S Birmingham 1965
