Charing Cross Hospital (Fulham) Silver Commemorative medal

A large silver hallmarked medal commemorating the Charing Cross Hospital Fulham. Measuring 43mm. across and weighing 47gms. It depicts the hospital buildings to one side with the title and Founded 1818.
The reverse bears the Hospital coat of arms with the motto Medere Succurrerre Erudire- to Heal,To Help, To Educate.. Some minor scuffs but generally good condition. Hallmarks to rim for TM London 1992
