The four badges all relate to Sidney Pennington born 29/12/07. He is showing the GNC registers as having gained his RMPA Certificate in 1939 and later registering this with the GNC becoming RMN 10547 on 23/04/1948. He doesn't appear to have purchased a badge for this qualification or had had it added to his later SRN badge(presumably because of the extra cost?) He later went on to complete his SRN training at the County Hospital Whiston.
He appears to have lived in the same house in Forrester Avenue St Helens from the 1930s through to his death in 1984,
