Glasgow Royal Infirmary,Silver "Graham Medal" Nurses Prize 1957

A scarce cased silver presentation medal for the Glasgow Royal Infirmary.
The face bears the Thistle & Snake emblem above the motto Auspice Coelo-By the Favour of Heaven which features on the wall of the Infirmary on Castle Street.Diameter 42mm. The rear is engraved Graham Medal 1955 Richard Harvey .Good overall condition, marked to the rim AF Ster Sil.In its original velvet and silk lined wooden case ,labelled with Edward & Sons ,Jewellers and Silversmiths Glasgow.
