Ipswich Nurse Education Centre,Silver Nurses Badge

A silver and enamel nurses badge from the Ipswich Nurse Education Centre.It features a black ship with castles fore and aft from Ipswich's early arms.To this emblem a snake is added, entwined around the mast to form a Rod of Asclepius,the medical symbol.In good condition .The pin,clasp and safety roller catch are all good.Engraved to the rear M M Lord 1973.Hallmarked for Thomas Fattorini,Birmingham 1972.Height 33mm
