A First World War service medal to a member of Middlesex VAD 82 for Alexandra Park Hospital 1916-1919. The St John Cross features a red enamel Geneva Cross to the centre with Alexandra Park Hospital 1916-1919 on a blue circular band. The rear is engraved VAD Middlesex 82 Pro Patria Volens.
