A rare brass and enamel Buttonhole badge for St Thomas's Hospital.It bears the arms of the hospital with the title in red enamel on a brass base.The rear has a Buttonhole type fixing which suggests it was worn by male staff, possibly during the First World War.This is Numbered 39.
