Westminster Childrens' Hospital,Silver plated buckle
A scarce silver plated Nurses Buckle from the Westminster Children's Hospital ,in Victoria Square,before it's closure in 1995.
The badge features the swaddled baby,taken from the original 15th Century plaques on the Foundling Hospital in Florence.It is in a well worn condition with considerable loss to the plated finish, several knocks around the edges and considerable surface scratches.... read more

A grey metal belt buckle presented to those nurses qualifying from the Westminster Hospital in London.This is of the slightly later pattern with a matt grey finish and a solid Portcullis design of the nearby Palace of Westminster.This is edged by a rim of oak leaves.This is in a good condition with clasp in place on a red petersham belt.
