Queen Alexandra's Royal Army Nursing Corps, Uniform Cap 1949-1952 .
A scarce uniform cap in khaki fabric belonging to a nurse who was in the Queen Alexandra's Imperial Military Nursing Service during WW2 and stayed in to serve in the newly created Queen Alexandra's Royal Army Nursing Corps after 1st February 1949. The cap badge is therefore a QARANC badge bearing the Imperial or Kings crown.
