A nice framed example of a silver General Nursing Badge for England and Wales ,along with th envelope and receipt for Annual Retention fee for 1940.
The badge was awarded to Miss Annie Mason SRN 12809 who registered on March 16th 1923 having gained her certificate at the Manchester Union Crumpsall Infirmary. read more
