I shall be listing a number of prospectus booklets from my collection built up over many years.These were used to advertise the schools of Nursing to prospective trainees and often carry a wealth of information on the terms, salaries and amenities of each Hospital.Many date to the 1950s and 60s with some earlier.Condition can vary but all are in a used state.

A pair of silver badges awarded to the same nurse. An enamelled nurses badge from the Lancashire College of Nursing & Health Studies which i believe may have been based in Ormskirk? Rainhill Hospital/County Hospital Whiston RMN/SRN Male Nurse group of four badges.

A group of four badges awarded to the same Male Nurse for his training as first a Registered Mental Nurses and later a State Registered Nurse in the 1940s.

Charing Cross Hospital Sisters Medal

A Rare silver(not marked) Sisters medal from the Charing Cross Hospital.Featuring the famous Maltese cross design with Fleur de Lys at each corner.The badge would have been worn by a ward sister at the hospital and are seldom seen on the market today.
