A silver and enamel badge for The Pembrokeshire NHS Trust. I believe this may be to commemorate the demise of the Trust in 1997 prior to the creation of the Pembrokeshire and Derwen NHS Trust on 1st April 1997. The design is of a galleon and reflects the earlier badges for Withybush and Pembroke County Schools of Nursing .
