Cardiff Royal Infirmary,Bronze Nurses Prize Medal
A very rare prize medal awarded by the Cardiff Royal Infirmary for Nurse training.These were ,I believe, awarded to the nurse gaining the highest marks in their exams and were issued in a gold, silver and bronze category. They feature the design of the nurses badge in each of those metals suspended from a silk ribbon.

Unusually the face is engraved to the recipient M Russell Nov 1 1921 to Nov 1 1924,Rear is engraved with a laurel wreathe and hallmarked for 1920 with manufacturers mark for Vaughton & Son.
